"Now the
theme of my artistic creation is 'death'.
The arrogance of humankind stemming from the progress of science
and the development of almighty machines has deprived life of its brightness
and diminished people's ability to form mental images.
The information society, which has become violent, the uniformed culture
and the pollution of nature... In this hell on earth
the mystery of life has already stopped breathing.
The death that awaits us has abandoned its solemn serenity,
and we are losing sight of tranquil death.
Beyond the decadence of humanity and the idiotic ugliness of this earth,
which is breeding cockroaches and rats,
stars are twinkling with subdued silvery luster.
This is surprising.
My momentary life, that is supported by some invisible force,
exists in illusions in a brief moment of quietude
amidst hundreds of millions of endless light years.
The self-revolution which I had been pursuing as a means to live
was actually a means to death.
What death signifies, its colors and spatial beauty,
the quietude of its footprints,
and the 'nothingness' after death:
I am now at the stage of creating art for the repose of my
soul,
embracing all of these."
